These terms apply to convertcalculate.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

What the site is

ConvertCalculate provides free online calculators, unit converters and related guides. The tools run in your browser. You do not need an account, and we do not ask you for the values you type — they stay on your device.

The results are estimates, not advice

Every calculator here applies a published formula to the numbers you enter. That is not the same as professional advice:

• Money. Loan, investment, tax and savings figures are estimates for planning. Interest rounding, fees, eligibility rules and tax law all vary, and a lender's or tax authority's own figures are the ones that count. Nothing here is financial, investment or tax advice.
• Health. BMI, body fat, calorie and similar results come from population formulas. They cannot account for your medical history, and they are not a diagnosis. Speak to a doctor or a dietitian before acting on them.
• Time and dates. Time zone results follow the IANA time zone database. Governments change daylight saving rules, sometimes at short notice.

Check anything important against the primary source before you rely on it. You are responsible for decisions you make using the results.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep formulas correct and current, and to say on each page which formula is used and where it comes from. Even so, the site is provided “as is”: we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or remove any tool or page at any time.

If you spot a result that looks wrong, please tell us at hello@convertcalculate.com — corrections are welcome and we act on them.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for your own personal or business purposes, and link to any page. You may not:

• scrape, copy or republish the content or the tools at scale, or use automated systems that place an unreasonable load on the site;
• frame or embed the site so that it appears to be your own;
• attempt to interfere with the site's security or availability;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code and calculators on the site belong to us or our licensors, except where a third party is credited. Formulas themselves are public knowledge and we make no claim over them. You may quote short extracts with a link back; republishing whole pages needs our written permission.

Advertising, affiliate links and third-party sites

Some pages carry advertising, and some links to shops are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy something. This never changes the result a calculator gives you or what we recommend. We do not sell placements in calculator results.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Privacy

The values you enter into a calculator are processed in your browser and are not sent to us or stored. We use standard analytics to understand which pages are used, and advertising partners may set their own cookies. See our privacy policy for the detail.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from reliance on a result, including lost profits, lost savings, or costs arising from a decision you made using a calculator. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
