Everything reaches the same address: hello@convertcalculate.com. It is read by a person, and we reply to everything that is not spam — usually within two or three working days.

A result looks wrong

This is the message we most want to receive, and it goes to the top of the pile. It helps enormously if you include the page, the exact values you entered, the figure you got and the figure you expected. If your expected number comes from a bank statement, a payslip, a textbook or an official calculator, say so — that tells us immediately whether the difference is a bug on our side or a different assumption on one of the two.

We publish the formula on every tool page precisely so this conversation is possible. When a correction lands, we fix the calculator and the worked examples together.

Suggest a calculator

Tell us the question you were trying to answer and what you ended up doing instead. A sentence about the real situation is far more useful than a tool name: it tells us which inputs matter and which edge cases have to work.

Writing for us

We do accept outside contributions, from people who work with these numbers rather than from content agencies. The standards, and what we do not accept, are set out on Write for Us. Please read it before pitching — it will save us both time.

Business, press and licensing

Advertising enquiries, partnership proposals, press questions and requests to reuse our content or embed a calculator all go to the same address. Put the topic in the subject line and we will route it.

Privacy and data requests

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, write to the same address and say so plainly. What we do and do not collect is set out in the Privacy Policy.

What we cannot do

We cannot give financial, medical, legal or tax advice, or tell you what to do in your particular situation. The tools show their working so that you can take the numbers to someone qualified — that is the role they are built for, and the line we hold.
